POW Place Community Child Care Centre is a proud not-for-profit service located on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus in Randwick. We provide high-quality education and care for up to 48 children each day, operating with a strong focus on community, creativity, and collaboration. As a child-safe organisation, we are deeply committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children, and this commitment is at the core of our workplace culture.
Working with us means becoming part of a welcoming team that genuinely values well-being and hands-on, creative teaching. We pride ourselves on fostering a workplace where staff feel supported and heard. We offer excellent working conditions to ensure our educators are looked after- including a full one-hour paid lunch break so our team has genuine time to rest and recharge during the day.
Current Opportunities: We are always eager to connect with like-minded educators! If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the early years and share our commitment to child paramountcy, we would love to hear from you.
